For complete peace of mind, Signature Select delivers white-glove care with priority scheduling and a full annual health report on your system.

A Spring Start Up is the process of safely reactivating your irrigation system after winter. Our technicians turn the water back on, inspect every zone, check sprinkler heads for proper coverage, and set your controller for the season ahead so your lawn gets exactly the water it needs.

Fall Winterization (also called a sprinkler blowout) removes water from your irrigation lines before freezing temperatures arrive. Without it, trapped water can freeze, expand, and crack pipes, valves, and backflow devices — leading to expensive springtime repairs. Winterization is included in every one of our Irrigation Service Plans.

A backflow test verifies that the device preventing irrigation water from flowing back into your drinking water supply is working properly. Many localities require an annual certified backflow test. This service is included with our Enhanced Plus, Premier Pro, and Signature Select plans.

Included with Premier Pro and Signature Select, the Mid-Season System Check-Up is a summer visit where we inspect all zones, adjust sprinkler heads, check for leaks or clogged nozzles, and fine-tune your watering schedule for peak-season conditions — keeping your yard green and your water bill in check.
